1. All sales are final
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including if you are unable to attend for any reason. Please confirm the match, date, and quantity before completing your order.

2. Cancellation and rescheduling
If a match is cancelled and not rescheduled, the ticket price will be refunded to the original form of payment. If a match is postponed, rescheduled, or moved to a different venue, your ticket remains valid for the new date or location and no refund will be issued. Service fees, if any, are non-refundable.

3. Schedule, format, and participant changes
Start times, event order, match format, rosters, and participating athletes are subject to change without notice. These changes, including the absence of any individual athlete, are not grounds for a refund or exchange.

4. Playoff tickets
Playoff tickets may be sold before the participating teams are determined. Which teams qualify has no effect on the validity of your ticket and is not grounds for a refund.

5. Group and suite orders
Group, club, and suite purchases are subject to this policy and to any additional terms provided at the time of purchase.

6. Transfers and resale
Tickets may be transferred to another person through your ticketing account. CSL is not responsible for tickets purchased from anyone other than CSL or its authorized ticketing partner.

7. Entry
Tickets are valid only for the match, date, and seating area shown on the ticket. CSL and its venue partners may refuse or revoke entry without refund for violations of venue rules or conduct that endangers or disrupts others. Venue rules, including bag and security policies, apply to all attendees.

8. Duplicate or unauthorized orders
If a ticket is duplicated, altered, or resold in violation of this policy, CSL may cancel it without refund.
